"Those days" as the conversation goes on, and everything starts to flashback. Green paddy fields, trees, open spaces, few cars, and clean rivers.
The conversation goes on with the stories about black and white television, telephone booths, and able to memorize more than 100 telephone numbers.
The talks continue... The screen goes blurry. We remember those days. Suddenly comes the computer. How Mark II computer was the thing and it evolved, slowly to color monitor and floppy disk to CDs. How can I forget my 128 MB pen drive?
Often the old people don't miss to say how privileged kids today are.
Slowly, the new stuff is getting difficult for me, is that a sign of getting into the old-schooled category? The abbreviations, emoji, and Insta stuff. Kids check 'followers' and 'views' faster than anything. Oh! Their talks and issues.. alas! Days without internet is a bit excuse for not catching up. And today 2 hours of high internet is too much. I'm confused about what I do with it.
All apps updated, twitter checked, WhatsApp checked. Viber messages are read and responded to, and emails are downloaded. Too much data for the old-schooled.
Good night and looking forward to my share of 15 minutes of internet tomorrow. Finger crossed for a better speed connection.
All the best. May God fulfills all your wishes. Stay positive. Take care.
